“All the staffs in this company are VERY professional and responsive. I started with the free estimate consultation, and Igor (the project manager) came to check my floors the very next day. He is very easy to talk with and accommodated all my questions and suggested several ideas based on the condition of my existing flooring. Nevertheless, Simple Flooring is very simple to deal wit, but their services are superb. HIGHLY RECOMMENDABLE. I will definitely have them work again on my second floor in the near future. I will never look for any flooring companies from now on. I had an experience once with much more “known flooring company” in the past but the selections of planks from Simple Flooring are way so much better.
