Simple Flooring was great to work with from start to finish. Initially, we contracted with them to install a set of vinyl flooring in our home. While the initial installation went fine, we started to notice some cracking and wearing on the material within six months after the installation. When we contacted them about the cracks, they sent over an assessor to determine the cause. After they found it to be a quality control issue from one of their suppliers (whom they no longer carry), they received a credit for the material and re-installed the floor with a different material. It looks great, and they were determined to have the finished project be up to their high standard.

We had a great experience with Simple Flooring. Igor was absolutely amazing! He scheduled us just 4 days after seeing our carpet, and got our family room vinyl floors done quickly the day he came. He was so kind and accommodating as well. He was so kind to even help us fix our bathroom flooring that we tried to put in on our own a few weeks prior, which we didn’t schedule for him to do, but he did it anyways. My First ever renovation project I was truly blessed to find and work with Simple Flooring. They are really cool, fast, super responsive, detail oriented. I was kinda skeptical when I made an appointment with Igor to make our project estimation, but Igor impressed us with all flooring knowledge he shared with us, timeline, price and financing options. after meeting Igor we were super positive to go with them and we decided to buy all materials from them as well. They have a nice showroom, and variety of laminate they carry is Amazing. They have a way better laminate options than many flooring stores. Michelle and Sanda were Outstanding in coordinating the project, paperworks and communication. Our flooring project was mainly managed by Ivan, of course with Igor's guidance, he did Great. It was a pleasure to work with Ivan, he provided all pictures before and after, and went through all steps they took along new floor installation process. They really impressed us!
